■ Bridge type flushing filter sleeve
The punching seam can be welded along the axis of the pipe body by straight seam welding; The unique punching seam spiral distribution is formed by spiral welding, which significantly improves the strength of the filter sleeve. When the pressure part is partially squeezed by external force, the gap will be reduced or closed under the action of external force to ensure the reliability of sand control. The precision punching technology is adopted. The punching opening of the stainless steel punching filter sleeve is on the side, reducing the direct erosion of the sand layer on the slotted screen pipe. The processing range of punching gap is 0.20mm-0.7mm. The uniformity of punching gap can ensure that the processing error is within the range of 0.015mm and the requirements for filtering accuracy are met. For special requirements of wells containing H2S, CO2 and high CI, anti-corrosion casing or tubing can be used as the central pipe. The screen pipe is resistant to acid, alkali and salt corrosion.
