Description
It is composed of base pipe, fully welded wire wound screen pipe and welding ring. The base pipe is made by drilling casing or oil pipe conforming to AP standard, and the full welded wire wound screen pipe is welded with the base pipe through welding ring.
Advantage
• Higher filtering precision: since the base pipe is a fully welded wire wound screen pipe, the VEE type large opening design is adopted, which makes the filtering precision area more precise and plays a better role in sand control;
• Excellent overall strength and deformation resistance: the internal part is supported by the base pipe, and the external part can be protected by adding an external protective sleeve as required. The overall strength of the drilling base pipe is only 2-3% lower than that of the standard casing/tubing, which has sufficient overall strength to resist the extrusion deformation of the formation. Even in case of local deformation, the gap at the pressure part will not increase, so the sand control reliability is high;
• More choices: The outer screen tube can be made of stainless steel or low carbon steel, which can be selected according to the actual needs of users;
• High density gap and low flow resistance Gap density star is 3~5 times of the ordinary slotted screen tube, with low flow resistance, which is conducive to improving oil and gas production;
• Good processability, realizing high efficiency, low cost and large-scale production.
